Certificate issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under Title VI of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
This agency is responsible for regulating the percentage of formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products. (Engineered flooring is considered a composite wood product due
to the structure of its construction.)
